1. Eligibility: The ZenWtr x The Big Game Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of ZenWtr, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of ZenWtr as final and binding regarding the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on December 9th, 2024 at 7am Eastern Time ("ET") and ending on January 13th, 2025 at 7pm ET (the "Sweepstakes Period").

4. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, complete the following steps during the Sweepstakes Period:

• Follow Us on Social Media: Follow ZenWTR on Instagram at @zenwtr.

• Share with Friends: Share the sweepstakes with your friends to spread the word.

Each participant may enter only once. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

5. Prizes: 1 Grand Prize winner will receive:

• Two (2) VIP tickets to The Big Game scheduled for February 9th, 2025 in New Orleans.

• Round-trip airfare for two (2) from the winner's nearest major airport to New Orleans.

• Hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by ZenWtr.

• One year subscription of ZenWtr delivered to their door.

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $20,000. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at ZenWtr's sole discretion. ZenWtr reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of ZenWtr. The drawing will take place on January 15th, 2025 at 12pm Est. Winners will be notified via email and/or Instagram direct message within two (2) days following the selection. ZenWtr shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 2 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

7. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that ZenWtr, anyone acting on behalf of ZenWtr, and ZenWtr's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Terms: ZenWtr reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond ZenWtr's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such a case, ZenWtr may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by ZenWtr. ZenWtr reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. ZenWtr has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, ZenWtr reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless ZenWtr and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant's participation in the sweepstakes.
